Cosmina is the co-founder of the Conscious Venture Lab, a school for socially conscious startups and entrepreneurs, and co-author of the book How to be a Leader.

Cosmina had a very different upbringing to most of us, under communist rule in Romania. She learnt some valuable lessons about leadership and at Summercamp 2016 explains some qualities of amazing leaders.
