3 days that change everything

Our first Summercamp in 2013 started with us scratching our own itch. All the other business events we’d experienced were soulless affairs and lacked imagination. We both craved inspiration and a deeper kind of connection.

That first gathering changed everything. It kickstarted our community into life, led to countless collaborations that live on to this day, and other spin-off events all around the world. It gave us the confidence to follow our dream, which meant closing our digital agency to realise our vision for The Happy Startup School. And now we’d love for it to help you realise yours.

Summercamp is the heartbeat of our community. A weekend where you’ll get to meet some of our favourite teachers, mentors and guides from around the world all in one place.

A ready-made community for you to tap into when you arrive. A friendly, wise, smart yet humble, group of 150 people that become a tribe in 3 days.

We hope to see you in the tipi or around the campfire in September.

 Location

Frickley Lake

Summercamp takes place on a private 200-acre farm near Battle in East Sussex. A stunning site with a freshwater lake that nestles among beech and oak trees in the beautiful English countryside. Apart from the lake there’s a boathouse, camping gardens, a chill-out pagoda, UV forest, firepit and woodland making it the most perfect setting for our annual gathering. Go there once and you’ll want to come back.
