Cancellation policy

We know that plans can change, particularly when booking well in advance. We’ve designed our cancellation policy to give you some flexibility while allowing us to plan Summercamp with confidence.

Within 14 days of booking

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing your ticket, we’ll give you a full refund.

After 14 days

Your ticket is non-refundable, but if you’re no longer able to join us, you have two options:

• Transfer your ticket
  You can transfer your place to another accepted Summercamp applicant at no extra cost, up to 7 days before the event begins.

• Defer your ticket
  You can move your place to the following year’s Summercamp at no extra cost, as long as you let us know at least 30 days before the event. Tickets can be deferred once.

We also recommend taking out appropriate travel or event insurance that covers cancellation, particularly for circumstances outside your control.
