Martin Bjergegaard believes we should be walking out of the door instead of into the meeting room, building flexible work lives and doing whatever it takes to stay in flow.
Martin is the co-founder of Rainmaking, a 'company factory' that provides support and structure to entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and startups. Having worked in a corporate environment that disagreed with him so fundamentally that his body physically rejected it, Martin's focuses are on warmth, wellbeing, family life and shared values.
Martin co wrote the book Winning Without Losing, and How to be a Leader, both available now on Amazon.
