From fear to fire - Claire Perry-Louise
Having worked as a lawyer, Claire knows first hand what it’s like to feel unseen and unheard. Her senior leaders were a product of the traditional law environment, missing the benefits that stem from creating a safe and supportive work environment. Claire learned to survive by taking the safe approach in life. An approach, which kept her small and unfulfilled until she went to an event for entrepreneurs where she found the hidden magic in the skills she’d acquired to keep her safe. Her ability to create safe environments was actually her superpower and she created Like Hearted Leaders, creating community in order to give other people their voice.
